Job Description:
The person will be responsible for creating new accounts & managing existing accounts in designated area. He should be capable of managing sales and including defining targets, measuring progress, driving closure of deals.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
• Lead Identification, Lead Generation, conceptulise, & convert lead to an order.
• Meeting Architects, Consultants, Builders, Contractors & Civil Engineers for consistent growth of the business.
• Ensuring achievement of defined and agreed Sales targets on a monthly basis.
• Visit to project and meet concerned for discussion and approval of products.
• B2B, B2G Sales & Managing defined Key Accounts.
Experience:
• Managed portfolio of 30-50 accounts (Architects/ Builders/Fabricators/Contractors).
• Managed entire cycle from sales to revenue.
• Experience in Aluminum and uPVC profile industry.
• Managed entire cycle from sales to revenue.
Key Skills/Competencies:
• Good negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, assertive & proactive.
• Customer orientation & relationship management.
• Good presentation &communication skills (written and verbal).
• Result & achievement orientation.
• Proficient on MS Office tools.
• Open for travelling.
