End of an Innings 2010-2022: Journey of McCoy Soudal (A Great India Belgium JV), this Diwali marks a Very Special Innings of Mine and McCoy Group`s Journey into continuous Serial Entrepreneurship. With time, I learned something very important that is called BUILD VALUE ALWAYS. Everything else will follow. Be Patient, Perseverant, Resilient, Work hard, Party Harder, Build and Nurture a great Team with 100% Trust, Transparency, and most important be Focused and Driven despite challenges. Being fully organic all the way takes time so patience is critical.

What Started as a 50:50 JV With the Billion Euro Soudal NV from Belgium – McCoy Soudal started in the year 2010 from a ground-up startup to now a Fully Grown Well structured, Organized, Team Driven, and Professional Market leader in the Field of Sealants, PU Foams and Adhesives in India resonating the core values just Like our Share Holder Soudal NV has done Globally across 130 + Countries.

I Would personally and humbly like to thank first My Late Father my greatest Mentor: Who never told me what to do or what not to do, My Mum (The Fighter)& Great Mentor Mr. Vic Swerts – Founder and Chairman of the 100% Family owned Soudal Group, Belgium and Team Soudal Belgium to have provided me this Opportunity to Build McCoy Soudal as The Greatest Plant /Company/Business in India with a Culture of Truth, Transparency hence Building Trust Internally & Externally throughout the ecosystem we operate in.

Take Great Pride that our Products are consumed by Top Industries across Almost all Sectors and our products are available across 50,000+ retail counters pan India & Distributed by 1000+ Partners.
 
All of this was made possible by Team McCoy & McCoy Soudal who stood tall & strong with me as their Leader, supported me in my craziest initiatives, thoughts to actions & of course my Family, Friends, and Industry Associates. I am in deepest Gratitude.

My Innings come to an end with handing over of our (McCoy Groups) 50 % Share Holding in Good Hands of Team Soudal the (October 12 , 2022)- We call it an EXIT, to take this Incredible Journey going forward to continue this journey forward to greater heights of success, growth, and prosperity for all.

Having to Build various Businesses, I feel Blessed that we had this Wonderful Opportunity and God Has and Insha Allah!! It will give us more and more opportunities to Build McCoy Group and our companies with the same core values forever.
