- Amit Malhotra (McCoy) assisted and supported Syed Zakir Ahmad, Chairman & Managing Director of ZAK Trade Fairs and Exhibitions, in the establishment of ZAK Glasstech. This strategic collaboration has evolved into a lasting partnership that lasts forever.
- McCoy became the official distributor for SIKA’s structural sealants and insulating glass sealants, marking a key collaboration.

- McCoy became the exclusive distribution partner for CS Group in India, executing over 200 successful projects nationwide.

Teknos was founded by Late Mr. V.K. Malhotra, setting the stage for a legacy of excellence and innovation that continues to shape our journey today.
1996

1999
McCoy gained momentum by securing the distributorship for Wacker Chemicals and Wacker silicone sealants in India. The company celebrated its growth by moving to a new office at 8MM Road, Motia Khan.
2000
McCoy became the Indian distribution partner for Le Joint Francais(LJF), specializing in polyurethane sealants for the automotive and insulating glass sectors. McCoy opened its first regional office in Bangalore(Fraser Town), expanding its presence and bringing us closer to our customers in the region.

Established a premier manufacturing facility, dedicated to producing and exporting a comprehensive range of sealant adhesives and PU foams. Building on this foundation, we are now committed to serving the Indian subcontinent with utmost excellence and sophistication in every product we offer.
2013
Window & Facade Magazine, began its journey in 2013 as a distinguished publication. Since then, it has gracefully expanded into the digital realm with the launch of wfmmedia.com.
2014-2015
McCoy Soudal proudly introduced its latest innovation with the launch of McCoy Soudal Industry. Meanwhile, McCoy Fly Screen has reached a significant milestone, successfully completing 5,000 installations.
2016
McCoy Performance Silicones has proudly reached a remarkable milestone, serving 1,000 customers across Southeast Asia. In addition, McCoy Soudal has distinguished itself as one of the few companies globally to attain the prestigious IEC Solar Certification.
2017
Notably, McCoy Performance and McCoy 8M have proudly inaugurated a state-of-the-art new warehouse in Bawal (Haryana).
